More programming for longer drives & faster batting speeds.
After the success of the Big Hitters Manual, we discussed what we should do next, while many of you enjoyed the preamble and essays we included, many more asked for an extension to the original program. So, we thought long and hard about what another 8-week program would look like. So, we’ve produced another 8-week block that dovetails into the first 8 week block from the original big hitters manual, giving you a total 16 weeks training which would work for any off season golfer or baseball player.
