This program at its heart is a 2 or 3 day triphasic variant. Focusing on both unilateral and bilateral lower movement with specific emphasis on both eccentric and isometric components for the first 4 weeks. Followed by 4 weeks of concentric focused work.
This program can be performed for repeated cycles and adapt using modfications we have listed.
This program won't turn you into a champion in 8 weeks nor should it be thought of as such.
