This is an Upper Body Focused 4 day a week program focusing on Pressing Variations. The aim of this program is improved pressing & pulling strength across a range of movements. This Program would work well as specific upper body strength phase or if you need help getting your house in order. The program is intended to be focused on getting the most from the fewest movements.
